If you’re subscribed by the last day of the month, you’ll be included in the next month’s shipment. For example, if you sign up on September 1, you will receive October’s shipment. If you sign up on September 30, same deal – you’ll receive October’s shipment. Shipments typically ship mid-month.
Your credit card will be charged on a recurring monthly basis as long as you are a subscriber. Subscriptions do not expire after a certain term. Rather, subscriptions are month-to-month and continue unless and until you cancel your subscription.
Your credit card will be charged the day you subscribe, and then on the same numerical date each subsequent month, unless you subscribe at the end of a month that has more days than other months, in which case you will be charged the last day of subsequent months. Confused yet? Here’s an example. If you subscribe on September 15, your credit card will be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month. If you subscribe on October 31, you will be charged the last day of each subsequent month, i.e., November 30, December 31, January 31, February 28, and so on. Congratulations on making it through this answer!
If you wish to purchase a subscription for someone else, please enter their name (or, in the case of a Kid subscription, the name of someone age 18 or older in the child’s household) in the shipping section at checkout and then let them know that you have signed them up. Be aware that you will be charged every month for this subscription until you cancel. So if you wish to purchase a 12-month subscription for someone else, you will have to set a reminder for yourself to cancel at the appropriate time.
We apologize that this is more cumbersome than traditional gift subscriptions. We hope to make the process smoother in the future!
It depends! If the recipients have the same shipping address, the answer is yes. If the recipients have different shipping addresses, the answer is no; you would need to complete separate transactions for each. Just remember that the subscriptions must be addressed to someone age 18 or older in the household, regardless of whether it is an Adult or Kid subscription, and remind yourself to cancel these subscriptions when you wish.
Yes, you can pause your subscription by logging into your account, clicking Manage Subscription, finding the order you want to pause, and clicking Pause Subscription under Subscription Status. Activate again by clicking Resume Subscription!
Nooooo! This question is not good! But seriously, it’s no problem. Please login to your account and click on Manage Subscription. Click View Details on the subscription you want to cancel and scroll down to Cancel Subscription. Please cancel at least one day prior to the date your credit card is normally charged. See "When does my credit card get charged?" above to determine that date.
We are super concerned about children’s safety, and we don’t want to obtain or possess any children’s names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other identifying information related to children. Thus, at checkout we require you to provide the name of someone age 18 or older in the household for the Kid subscription. We know it’s kind of a bummer that the child won’t see their name on the package, but we’re taking a safety-first approach. To further this goal, our entire website is intended for use only by those age 18 and older.
No, we only sell and ship to customers within the United States.
Once the promo/discount code period ends, your credit card will be charged on a recurring monthly basis at the regular subscription price. See "When does my credit card get charged?" for more information. Subscriptions do not expire after a certain term. Rather, subscriptions are month-to-month and continue unless and until you cancel your subscription.

Also, we may need to cancel your subscription under certain circumstances, including if your payment fails.
